We absolutely adored our stay at this charming Victorian home! The age of the home brought a unique charm, this stay couldn't have been more pleasant. There were so many thoughtful details to make the guests comfortable. We also enjoyed the cute glassware they used for drinking our morning coffee. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a charming Old Louisville experience. Everything was exactly like the photos and it was so cozy! It's the perfect Louisville stay, we were never more than 15 minutes from places we wanted to go. I was also surprised how secluded it felt even in the middle of the city! I would absolutely stay here again. It was easy to find and located on a side street that is not heavily trafficked. The inside is clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. It met our needs perfectly and we look forward to returning in the future. Also, we are glad we rented from Meagan. Always would reply quickly and offered great itinerary ideas!

From check in to check out, Meagan was a fantastic host. the house was easy to find, getting in was a breeze, and we were walking distance from the Kentucky Science Center where our conference was being held. It's perfect for both short and long term stays. The beds were also very comfortable! I can't recommend this listing enough and hope I get to come back.

We stayed on the upper level of the Breckenridge House & it was as described. Meagan was great to work with, quick to respond when we had an issue, and it was quickly fixed. House was clean, and you can tell Meagan takes pride in decorating the home. We walked the 1.5 miles downtown so we could check things out, having never been to Louisville before. The neighborhood seems safe, and we used the parking spot on the back side of the home.

Meagan should do a class on how to be a great host. From the first communication to check-out, she was super quick with her responses. The house is VERY well decorated and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. It is also conveniently located with easy access to the interstate and many restaurants and shops.

We had an amazing week staying here. Highly recommend! Great restaurants and amazing food, atmosphere and people. We also had an amazing time at our tours of Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger, Buffalo Trace and Old Forester! Visited Tyler Park, amazing Irish atmosphere! Casino was a plus as we won!
